This class primarily emphasizes the importance of maintaining good positions before attempting a submission. It is essential to prioritize position control, as it lays the foundation for successful submissions. This class is specifically designed to help kids progress more efficiently by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively pin and control their training partners or opponents before attempting submissions. In fact, the key to achieving great submissions lies in using baits and traps effectively.
At Real Fitness, we prioritize development over mere numbers. In our gym, you will never feel like just another statistic. We value the journey of development more than instant performance. However, when our members do perform, you will notice that they excel at the highest level and do so with radiant smiles on their faces.
