Our Mana Muay Thai adult classes are designed for all experience levels and offer a number of training experiences from novice through to competing in the ring. Our coach has over 20 years of experience competing at the highest level between NZ, Australia and Thailand.

Rob

Head Coach

Rob (aka Princess) Brings just over 25 years combined experience in Boxing, Muay Thai and Karate having trained with the Fight Shop NZ to A.K.A and others in Thailand where he put his skills and training to use in the ring. Possesing 13 years as a persoanl trainer as well, gives Rob the know how and the ability to assist members with personal goals and fight set-mind set motivation.

Outisde of the gym, you'll find Rob working with youth and those with a disability providing self confidence and self belief with positivity ahead.

During his free time (when time allows) you'll find Rob on a golf course working at improvng his 48 handicap or just out and about socialising, eating out, workiing on his Bel-aire as a car enthusiast or being frustrated at himself for being a Warriors supporter.

Muay Thai for Kids

Come join our kids Koala Kickboxing classes. Here we offer your child a chance to learn Muay Thai through the introduction of kickboxing. Along the journey we hope to aid them in building there confidence by offering ways to defend themselves and open them to another avenue of social interaction and support.
